Model Agricultural Cooperative Articles and Bylaws

In early 2015, members of the Legal, Tax and Accounting (“LTA”) Committee of National Council of Farmer Cooperatives (“NCFC”) began work on a set of model Bylaws for cooperatives to serve as guidance for the members of the NCFC. These are generalized and should only be used with an attorney as guidance for developing Bylaws in accordance with statutes in your state.
